Lynsey believes in creating real-world experiences to enhance education for student success. She excels in motivation and engagement in academia, gamification, interactive experiences, and user experience design. Working with Dr. Andy Hauger and William Gray, they created a team to create a device to promote positive reinforcement for hand hygiene health which won a state award in community research. She also led the effort of 60+ individuals and external companies to create reusable personal protective equipment amid the coronavirus pandemic for our front-line healthcare workers.
Lynsey also has years of experience in driving the growth and success of small businesses by conducting comprehensive market research, crafting strategic plans, and fostering brand development for the unique markets of equestrian management, healthcare product brand development, and pharmaceutical training. This allowed her to build key partnerships and networks with potential collaborators and industry influencers, empowering small businesses to thrive in their markets and achieve their growth aspirations.
Currently, her research passions include studying development in virtual reality under the advisement of Dr. Jason Orlosky for the benefit of healthcare individuals through empathy and motivation.
